2. Prices & Billing
Product prices are based on the making charges, stone value, and taxes applicable on the date of purchase.
The invoice issued at the time of purchase must be retained for all service or warranty claims.

3. Exchange & Buyback Policy
Exchange and buyback values follow RM Jewellers’ current store policies, gold/silver/diamond rate, and product condition.
Items must be accompanied by the original bill and purity certificate.

4. Repair & Service Policy
RM Jewellers provides free minor repairs which include tightening screws, fixing locks, and basic stone setting.
Major repairs, redesigning, size changes, and stone replacements may incur additional charges.

5. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage due to accidents or mishandling
• Physical breakage of chains, clasps, or locks
• Loss of stones due to impact
• Products altered or serviced outside RM Jewellers
• Tarnish caused by chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure

6. Custom Orders
Orders made as per customer specifications cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once confirmed.
Advance payments made for custom orders are non-refundable.

7. Stone Jewellery Disclaimer
Stone weight and color may vary slightly due to natural variations.
RM Jewellers is not responsible for stones lost due to impact or mishandling.

8. Payment Terms
RM Jewellers accepts cash, UPI, card payments, and approved digital methods.
All payments must be settled in full before delivery of the product.

9. Warranty Claims
To claim warranty or service support, customers must present:
• Warranty card or digital warranty
• Original invoice
• Product in good condition for inspection

10. Liability
RM Jewellers is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the product has been delivered to the customer.
