Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
• The jewellery must be in original condition without any damage or alterations.
• The original invoice and hallmark/purity certificate must be provided.
• The product must pass an in-store quality inspection.
• Returns/exchanges are valid only within the policy period defined by RM Jewellers.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
• Jewellery that has been resized, altered, or repaired outside RM Jewellers
• Products showing damage due to wear, mishandling, or chemical exposure
• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes
• Orders placed with special designs or engraving
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following guidelines:
• Refund value is based on prevailing gold/silver rate, product weight, and condition.
• Making charges, wastage, and stone value may be deducted.
• Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
• Processing time varies from 3–7 working days.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer a customer-friendly exchange service:
• Gold and silver jewellery can be exchanged as per the current gold/silver rate.
• Full weight of the metal will be considered if the product is in good condition.
• For stone jewellery, only metal value is considered; stone value and making charges may be deducted.
• Exchange is allowed only with the original invoice and certificate.
5. Buyback Policy
Buyback is based on RM Jewellers’ current gold rate and product assessment:
• Only the value of pure gold/silver is considered.
• Making charges and stone charges are not included.
• Buyback is applicable only for jewellery purchased from RM Jewellers.
6. Quality Check Requirement
All products returned for refund or exchange must pass our in-store quality verification.
RM Jewellers reserves the right to reject items that fail inspection.
7. Final Decision
RM Jewellers reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without notice.
All decisions by RM Jewellers regarding returns, exchange, or refund shall be final.
